Your opportunity
We’re seeking multiple talented and motivated Marketing Designer to lead design initiatives for our ventures in the healthcare domain. As a Mediamatiker, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our digital presence, managing the end-to-end development of a video studio, and ideation of scalable, top-tier content types. You will work closely with our Marketing Team to execute strategies that promote our ventures and engage our target audience effectively.
Tasks
Video Production: Initiate and optimize the large-scale production of videos across various platforms, including social media and the venture’s website.
Design System & Templates: Develop a versatile design system alongside templates that seamlessly integrate across all content channels.
Quality & Brand Consistency: Ensure that every point of interaction with our brand mirrors the highest design quality and remains consistent with our brand ethos.
Brand Representation: Oversee and manage the landscape of social media platforms, curating content, engaging with audiences, and ensuring the consistent representation of the brand's image and voice.
Data Analysis: Monitor and analyze digital marketing performance metrics, using data-driven insights to improve our video content and strategies.
Requirements
- Proficiency in English and German.
- Proven track record of thriving in fast-paced, dynamic startup environments, demonstrating adaptability and resilience in the face of rapid change
- 2-3 years of professional experience in this field.
- Experience with social media management to enhance brand visibility and engagement.
- Understanding of YouTube SEO strategies to maximize the reach and impact of video content.
- Expertise in creating compelling visuals and content for effective paid marketing campaigns.
- Meticulous attention to detail and expertise in structuring tasks to align with broader objectives.
- Ability to prioritize tasks for maximum output with a dedicated follow-through on projects and responsibilities
